Heather Wezensky
Heather Wezensky is the President of STAR Compliance, based in Omaha, Nebraska. With over 30 years of experience in the affordable housing and property management industry, Heather has held various key positions, such as the manager of both the Program Compliance and Section 8 Contract Administration Departments with the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority, and as a Project Manager at HUD's Field Office in Denver. Her diverse experience also includes a wide range of roles in the property management sector. Heather is an expert in Fair Housing practices and affordable housing program compliance rules and regulations. She holds several affordable housing designations and credentials, including the CPO™, FHC™, SHCM™, and AHM. Her extensive background includes consulting work with multiple affordable housing programs and leading her team in reviewing hundreds of resident files monthly.

Alyn Bailey
Alyn Bailey started a career in maintenance of Student and Multi-Family Housing after spend time working as a HVAC Technician and also in the construction industry earlier in his life. With strong tech and management skills he was hired on as a maintenance supervisor at one of the smaller and older propertys. Within a two year period he was promoted to the largest property in the company’s portfolio and was awarded “Service Manager of the Year” in 2012. Alyn’s strong skill level makes him proficient in Appliances, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Grounds and Exterior Maintenance. Alyn holds certifications in Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician, Certified Pool Operator, HVAC Type II and EPA 608 Proctor

Alex Campbell
Alex Campbell is a passionate advocate for authentic identity and community. He deeply understands human nature, spirituality, and community dynamics thanks to his undergraduate and MBA from HBCU Lincoln University, Masters in Theology from Liberty University, and Doctoral Candidate in Performance Psychology at Grand Canyon University.
Driven by a vision to "Conquer dominant racial divide lines, to develop connected communities," Alex founded Race2Unite, a non-profit organization committed to fostering unity and understanding among people of all backgrounds.
Alex, a professional speaker and presenter, has worked with NFL Hall of Fame Coach Tony Dungy and three-time Olympic Gold Medalist Jackie Joyner-Kersee. He has partnered with the 3D Institute, LeadersCast, NAIA, NCAA, and currently with the NFL.
As a former collegiate football player, he values teamwork, perseverance, and determination. He currently serves as the Divisional Vice President of Growth at Apartment Life and leverages his experiences to create a dynamic culture with his team.
Alex is a charismatic speaker who challenges audiences to embrace authenticity and contribute to creating more inclusive and cohesive communities.

MaryLee Brock
Mary Lee Brock is a conflict engagement educator, facilitator and conflict coach who encourages individuals and groups to develop conflict competency essential to personal, professional and community growth. Mary Lee is the Director of the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (NCR) program in the Heider College of Business at Creighton University. The mission of the NCR program is prepare agents of social change to engage and resolve conflict effectively, efficiently and humanly. This mission aligns with the Jesuit, Catholic tradition of social justice, responsible leadership and professional distinction. As a member of the NCR faculty Mary Lee teaches courses in conflict engagement, group facilitation and family systems in conflict. She also has the honor of companioning the NCR master’s degree students as they apply their newly gained knowledge in their final Practicum Capstone project.
Serving the community through workshops, conflict coaching, facilitation, and process design projects is also a meaningful part of Mary Lee’s work. For the ten years before joining the faculty at Creighton University, Mary Lee was the founding Executive Director of Concord Center, a non-profit mediation and facilitation center serving the Omaha area. In that role she developed conflict resolution programs based on community needs, best practices and effective use of resources.
Mary Lee holds a BA in psychology from Creighton University, a M.Ed in Counseling from South Dakota State University and a Graduate Certificate in the Ignatian Tradition from Creighton.

Seth Perkins
Seth Perkins, EVP of Operations of Seldin Company. Seth has been with Seldin for over 15 years and has over 22 years of experience in property management with extensive knowledge in both affordable and conventional property operations. He earned his Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association in 2013 and has his HCCP certification. Seth served 7 years on the board of directors for the Apartment Association of Nebraska. He is a graduate of Peru State College with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management. Seth received the Stars of Excellence Regional Manager of the Year award in 2012 from the Apartment Association of Nebraska (FKA AAGOL). Seth currently oversees the Seldin portfolio, consisting of approximately 240 properties and 20,000 units throughout ten states. He is directly responsible for overseeing property operations throughout the portfolio.
